- Experience in Residential Underwriting
- Guideline Interpretation: Proficient in reviewing and interpreting client-specific underwriting guidelines to determine loan eligibility.
- Ratio Calculations: Able to compute Debt-to-Income (DTI), Loan-to-Value (LTV), and housing expense ratios.
- Income Analysis: Competent in calculating various income types including salaried, self-employed, rental, and other sources.
- Asset Validation: Experienced in verifying diverse asset types such as 401(k), bank statements, mutual funds, etc.
- Property Valuation: Reviews appraisals and utilizes valuation tools to assess property value.
- Credit Evaluation: Analyzes credit reports, including scores, existing liens, and payment history.
