Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prior experience in customer support and customer retention will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and work towards customer retention.
- Meet quality standards and productivity targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Willingness to work in night shifts / graveyard shifts.
