Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice processes and be comfortable working night/graveyard shifts while delivering excellent customer service to global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international customers
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and resolution time

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in an international voice process
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work night and graveyard shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Willingness to work from Hyderabad office

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in BPO/KPO or customer support for international clients
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
  • Neutral accent and good listening skills
