Job Description
Cognizant is hiring experienced professionals for its Order Management (International Voice Process) team. Selected candidates will support global customers by managing complex order processing activities, handling customer interactions, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of the complete order-to-cash lifecycle.
The role requires experience with ERP systems, international voice support, order processing, billing coordination, customer account management, and supply chain operations. Candidates should be capable of resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality and meeting organizational service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order management activities for international customers.
- Handle customer interactions through the international voice process.
- Process customer orders accurately within defined timelines.
