1. Documents Checklist

Carry original and photocopies of all mandatory documents:

Provisional and Degree Certificate (mandatory, no provisional = no entry)

Mark sheets (10th, 12th, Graduation)

Valid Govt ID (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID)

Updated Resume (2-3 copies)

Passport size photos
-
COVID vaccination certificate (if applicable)

Without the provisional and degree certificate, do not attend the drive.
2. Understand the Role

Know what a Process Executive - Non Voice does: primarily data entry, data validation, and following process instructions.

Brush up on basic computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word) and typing accuracy.

Familiarize yourself with basic insurance concepts (as it’s part of the job).
3. Practice Typing and Aptitude

Improve typing speed and accuracy — use free online typing tests.

Practice basic aptitude questions (logical reasoning, data interpretation).

Stay calm and manage your time well during tests.
On the Day of the Walk-In
4. Be Punctual

Reach the venue before 9:30 AM sharp.

No entry allowed after 9:30 AM, so plan your commute accordingly.
5. Dress Professionally

Wear formal or business casual attire.

Clean and neat appearance boosts confidence and first impression.
6. Stay Positive and Confident

Greet interviewers politely with a smile.

When asked, introduce yourself clearly and confidently.

Be honest and show eagerness to learn.
During the Walk-In Process
7. Follow Instructions Carefully

Read all instructions thoroughly before starting any test or document submission.

Double-check your data entries and forms before submission.
8. Manage Your Time

The entire interview process may last until 6 PM if you pass the first round.

Plan your meals and breaks accordingly; bring snacks or lunch.
9. Answer Interview Questions Smartly

Prepare answers for common HR questions:

How do you handle repetitive work?

Are you comfortable working night shifts?

Keep answers concise, polite, and relevant.
Common Mistakes to Avoid

Arriving late or without mandatory documents (especially provisional certificate)

Ignoring instructions or rushing through tests
Who Can Attend This Interview
Candidates who meet the following criteria are eligible to attend the interview for the role of Process Executive – Non Voice Process:
Eligibility Criteria – Process Executive (Non Voice)

Education: Graduates in B.Com, B.B.A/B.M.S, B.A, or B.Sc (any specialization).

Documents: Must have provisional certificate or degree certificate.
-
Note: 2025 pass-outs without provisional certificate are not eligible.
-
Experience: Freshers welcome, no prior experience required.
-
Location: Candidates must be from Chennai or nearby.
-
Work: Night shifts mandatory, work from office only (no remote).
-
Skills: Good English communication, basic insurance knowledge (preferred), MS Office proficiency, accurate data entry, strong logical thinking, and ability to follow processes.
