Job Description:
- Able to do revenue recognition as per the revenue policy.
- First time right in all transactions done on SAP.
- Accurate reporting of revenue details and other financial metrics
- Should be able to understand the delivery teams requirements and do the revenue recognition in SAP (S4 HANA)
- Keep track of all the revenue details and be able to support delivery teams for all adhoc reports related to revenue.
- Able to work with SAP (S4 HANA) in
- Creation of Customer Purchase Orders in CPO Portal
- Creation of Sales Order in SAP
- Creation of Project in SAP
- Able to work with e3 on timesheets & resource allocations.
- Tagging of Resources to Project in E3 Tool
- Sourcing Timesheet Reports from E3 Tool and ensuring Compliance.
- Able to communicate well with delivery managers and other stake holders.
- Able to handle conflicts and seek help timely to mitigate any risks in revenue recognition.
- Timely creation of Billing Document in SAP with all required documentation and get this into GL (should understand the timely submission of inputs).
- Able to understand the risks of delayed inputs and act accordingly.
- Reporting any Revenue Variances to BU Management
- Operational Support like raising PR on Material Requirements of BU
- Contributing to Team Initiatives
- Quick learner of new processes and tools
- Adaptable to the new changes in processes and tools
- Contribute towards enhancements needed & support in successful implementation of new enhancements (including support in UAT)
- Willingness to take stretch targets and meets them.
- Understands the business needs and shall align to changing business needs from time to time.
- Should be able to work from office, all working days.
- Provide all metrics ontime to all stakeholders.
- Be flexible on the working hours during billing cycle.
- Should be a good team player.
- Possess good oral & written communication skills.
