Job Description

enGen Global is hiring fresh graduates for its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The selected candidates will support healthcare billing and accounts receivable processes for US healthcare clients.

The role involves interacting with insurance companies, tracking claim status, analyzing claim rejections, verifying payment details, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding claims. Candidates will gain exposure to healthcare operations, medical billing processes, and insurance-related workflows while working in a structured professional environment.
