Job Description

The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries and providing efficient support in a domestic BPO environment. The role primarily involves answering calls, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring proper resolution by routing issues to the appropriate departments.

Candidates will be required to communicate effectively in Tamil and use multiple system applications to manage customer interactions.
