Job Description
NOVAC is hiring Associate Trainees for Backoffice Operations under the Non Voice Process. The selected candidates will handle fixed deposit data entry, payment processing, MIS reporting, and post-issuance services.
The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet targets. Candidates must be willing to work from the office in day shift and maintain consistent productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry related to fixed deposits
- Process payments for fixed deposits
- Maintain and publish MIS reports regularly
- Ensure smooth handling of foreclosures and dispatch processes
- Manage post-issuance services and maintain records
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
