Job Description
Tech Mahindra is hiring candidates for its International Voice Process. Selected candidates will handle inbound customer interactions and provide support to international customers through voice communication channels.
The role requires candidates to understand customer concerns, provide appropriate resolutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality service standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in UK shifts and be willing to work five days a week with rotational weekly offs.
