Job Description
The company is hiring for multiple roles including AR Analyst, Senior AR Analyst, and Charge Entry professionals. These roles primarily focus on US healthcare revenue cycle management processes, including claim handling, denial management, and billing operations. Candidates must have hands-on experience in physician billing and a strong understanding of medical coding standards and insurance processes.
The position requires working from the office with a day shift schedule. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accounts receivable follow-ups on unpaid claims with insurance companies
- Analyze denied claims and take corrective actions
- Manage and resolve common denial codes efficiently
- Handle claim forms and ensure accurate billing processes
- Work on charge entry and DEMO entry tasks where applicable
- Verify insurance eligibility and review medical records
