Job Description
Changepond is hiring Design Engineers in Mechanical and Electrical domains through a direct walk-in drive. The role involves working on engineering design, drafting, and development using industry-standard tools.
Freshers will undergo technical evaluations and tool-based assessments, while experienced candidates will be responsible for handling complex design projects and documentation. The position requires strong technical knowledge, practical skills in CAD tools, and the ability to manage multiple engineering tasks efficiently.
Candidates must attend the interview in person, as the selection process is conducted through face-to-face interactions only.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical or electrical components and systems
- Create detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Work with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Autodesk Inventor
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality requirements
