Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills with Customer service experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Chat process is preferred.
- Min 6 month of experience in customer support (Voice- based preferred) within telecom domain.
- Experience in Technical support for modems, routers or IPT services is added advantage.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Should be comfortable to work in 24/7 (rotational shifts) and rotational off.
