Job Description

The Record to Report (RTR) role in Finance and Accounts focuses on managing general ledger activities, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting critical accounting processes such as month-end and year-end closing.

This role involves working with US accounting standards and requires strong analytical skills to reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in financial statements. Candidates will also collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

The position operates in US shift timings, offering exposure to international accounting practices. Employees will also benefit from company-provided cab facilities and a structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general ledger accounting activities on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and financial adjustments
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions
  • Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes
