The Process Associate / Sr Process Associate will handle AR calling for US insurance companies on behalf of doctors and physicians. Candidates will analyze accounts receivable data, follow up on pending claims, and manage denial handling efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Call US insurance companies regarding outstanding physician accounts.
- Analyze AR data and identify reasons for pending claims.
