Career in Aptean – Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offering till pre-onboarding.
Ability to work on sourcing platforms & channels.
Recruitment data and trackers management.
Perform end to end background verification requirements.
Updating our internal databases with new employee information.
Perform day to day HR Operational activities from documentation, including but not limited to, pre-onboarding, recruitment.
Update key stakeholders with regular progress meetings and information
Handle HR related queries.

Qualification: MBA in HR with UG background of B. Com
Experience: 5-8 months
