Job Description

Firstsource is hiring AR Callers for its US Healthcare process, specifically focusing on denial management. The role involves handling revenue cycle management processes and ensuring timely resolution of claims and payment-related issues. Candidates will be responsible for interacting with insurance providers, tracking claims, and resolving denials efficiently.

This position is suitable for candidates with prior experience in AR calling and healthcare processes who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
  • Handle denial management and resolve rejected claims
  • Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status
  • Track outstanding claims and ensure timely payments
  • Analyze denied claims and take corrective actions
  • Maintain accuracy while reviewing assigned work orders
  • Ensure compliance with quality and process standards
