Job Description

ACT is hiring Customer Care Executives to manage customer interactions and ensure high levels of satisfaction. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing accurate information about products and services.

Candidates will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting overall service operations. The role also includes identifying potential sales leads and coordinating with internal teams when necessary.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in voice-based customer support roles. Freshers with excellent communication abilities may also be considered.
