Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance, electrical maintenance, and troubleshooting on SMT machines to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of SMT equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to machine operation and maintenance.
• Implement preventative measures such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of moving parts to reduce wear and tear on machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs made, materials used, and downtime caused by equipment failure.
