Position: Client Relationship Executive -(Hospitality Background)

Job Summary:

The Client Relationship Executive will act as the primary point of contact for all tenants (IT & ITES companies) within the IT park. The role involves ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, addressing tenant concerns, and fostering strong relationships to ensure smooth operations and retention. The executive will also coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional facility management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Facility Operations Coordination: Coordinate with facility teams (housekeeping, security, maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Tenant Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with tenants and prepare reports on satisfaction and facility performance.
  • Event and Activity Coordination: Organize tenant engagement activities and events.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to policies and maintain a safe environment.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and implement improvements.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve tenant issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Service Level Agreement Management: Oversee SLAs and ensure compliance with tenant requirements.
  • Tenant Orientation: Provide orientation on facility services, policies, and procedures.
  • Space Utilization Management: Monitor and optimize the use of available spaces within the IT park.
