Hiring Freshers for AR Calling ( International Voice Process )

Shift: Complete Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Analyze patient accounts to determine appropriate action.
- Decide on the necessary action to be taken for each account.
- Complete the required actions and suggest further steps to resolve the account.
- Communicate with U.S. insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Prioritize pending claims from the aging basket for follow-up.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of the insurance information provided by patients, especially when it’s unclear or inadequate.
- Escalate complex or difficult collection issues to management in a timely manner for further assistance.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts as required.
