- Analyze patient accounts and determine necessary actions.
- Contact Insurance companies (in the US) on behalf of doctors/physicians to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Prioritize pending claims and manage aging basket.
- Ensure insurance information provided by patients is complete and accurate.
- Escalate difficult collection situations to management as needed.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in Night Shifts
