Job Description

Sutherland is hiring experienced HR professionals to join its Human Resources Operations team as Senior Human Resource Specialists. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing complex employee-related cases, supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve employee concerns.
