- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and claim statuses
- working with billing , insurance verification and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue flow

- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with process and patients
- Dental Trainee needs to be identify and reslove billing
