Job Description

Omega Healthcare is hiring AR Executives for its semi-voice process in the healthcare RCM domain. The role involves interacting with US insurance payers to resolve claim-related issues and ensure smooth revenue flow for healthcare providers. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the healthcare BPO sector and are comfortable working in night shifts.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex account-related queries. Selected candidates will receive structured training to understand RCM processes and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with US insurance payers to resolve claim denials and payment issues
  • Review payment details, adjustments, and account updates in internal systems
  • Identify trends in claim issues and escalate them when necessary
  • Maintain records such as SOP updates, issue logs, and trackers
  • Participate in training sessions related to Revenue Cycle Management
  • Handle complex patient account queries and ensure resolution
  • Route non-calling accounts to the appropriate internal teams
  • Identify payer-level issues and assist in reprocessing claims
