Job Description
The Customer Service Associate (Chat Support) role involves assisting US-based mortgage customers through chat-based interactions. The position requires handling queries related to loan servicing, payments, account management, and post-forbearance support. Candidates will be responsible for delivering accurate information while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
This role primarily supports US business hours, requiring candidates to work night shifts. It also includes a blended responsibility approach, where employees may handle multiple customer interactions and maintain records using CRM systems.
