Job Description:

Job Title: Associate – Back Office
Experience Level: Fresher
Qualification: BCA, BSC, B.COM (CA) – Batch 2023/2024 Passed Out
Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide back-office support for day-to-day operations.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of telecom standards and protocols.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily tasks and reporting.
  • Validate inputs provided by clients and take appropriate action as per workflow.
  • Manage escalations effectively when required.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and provide regular updates (Keep Customer Informed – KCI).
  • Ensure high-quality work and maintain data integrity in all processes.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer queries.
  • Maintain reports and share them with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all tasks and functions are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external teams.
