Job Description

Sagility India is hiring Trainee Process Consultants for its International Non-Voice Process. The role primarily involves handling backend operations, responding to customer queries through non-voice channels, and ensuring smooth process execution.

This position is designed for fresh graduates who are willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotational night shifts. Candidates must have good communication skills and the ability to handle basic computer operations efficiently.
