Job Description
Zebronics is hiring Account Executives with experience in accounts payable processes. The role involves managing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payment processing. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining financial records, verifying transactions, and supporting month-end closing activities.
This position requires a detail-oriented approach and the ability to handle financial data accurately. Candidates should be comfortable working with accounting systems and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately within deadlines
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents
- Maintain records of accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and execute payment processes such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheques
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
- Track outstanding liabilities and manage payments
