Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice processes and be comfortable working night/graveyard shifts while delivering excellent customer service to global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international customers
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and resolution time
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in an international voice process
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work night and graveyard shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Willingness to work from Hyderabad office
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in BPO/KPO or customer support for international clients
- Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
- Neutral accent and good listening skills
