Job Description:
HRoles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment, selection process including initial assessments, interviews, and offers and lead them on board.
- Leveraging social media, job boards, Internet and other sourcing means for available vacancies.
- utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
- coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about company, culture and interview process
- Build and develop team of recruiters, maintaining optimal team size.
- Proven experience of end to end recruitment and managing team within recruitment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies; analyze market trends; forecast hiring needs.
- Should be able to close the open position with the timely completion.
Language Must with speaking Good Tamil & English knowing Kannada/Telugu is an added advantage.
Preferable Industry: Healthcare /Any industry with end to end recruitment experience.
Freshers also eligible to apply for the upto Executive Role.
