Job Description
NielsenIQ is hiring Jr. Associate BI professionals to support Business Intelligence operations by producing recurring reports, validating data, conducting quality checks, and maintaining operational reporting processes. This entry-level position provides exposure to reporting platforms, BI tools, analytics workflows, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
The selected candidates will work extensively with Microsoft Excel to prepare reports, validate large datasets, create reporting templates, and maintain operational documentation. They will also collaborate with internal teams, participate in knowledge transfer sessions, and contribute to efficient reporting operations while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, refresh, validate, and deliver recurring reports within scheduled timelines.
- Perform report quality checks before final delivery.
- Ensure reports are distributed to the correct stakeholders.
- Follow standard operating procedures and reporting guidelines.
- Conduct data validation and cross-country verification activities.
- Investigate data discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
- Support root cause analysis for reporting errors.
- Generate and maintain reports using advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Create and update reporting templates, trackers, and documentation.
- Maintain production inventories, operational metrics, and reporting records.
