Job Description:
- Review and analyze AR claims to identify reasons for denial, underpayment, or lack of response.
- Contact payers if necessary to resolve issues or discrepancies related to claims.
- Research and interpret data from various sources such as billing software, Explanation of Benefits (EOB), Medical Records (MR), and authorizations.
- Understand the root causes of denial, underpayment, or non-response to ensure effective resolution.
- Ensure timely payment processing by addressing and resolving any outstanding issues related to claims.
