The Trainee Process Associate – AR Caller role is part of the international voice process focused on US healthcare accounts receivable. Candidates will be responsible for handling insurance follow-ups, resolving claim-related issues, and ensuring timely payments.
This role involves interacting with insurance companies through calls, analyzing account details, and taking necessary actions to resolve outstanding claims. Candidates will also be expected to follow company policies, maintain accurate records, and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle outstanding accounts receivable through detailed analysis and calling insurance companies
