Job Description
The Trainee Process Associate AR Caller role involves working in an international voice process, primarily handling accounts receivable (AR) services for healthcare clients. Selected candidates will interact with insurance companies to follow up on pending claims and ensure timely reimbursement.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
