Role: Customer Success, Service & Operations – Other
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in the Business Operations team to service top US clients in preventing and recovering revenue lost due to chargebacks.
- Review credit card fraud cases and investigate solutions.
- Process and dispute credit card chargebacks and inquiries to recover funds.
- Conduct investigations on chargebacks and communicate with external partners.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to determine the root cause of losses.
- Track and maintain fraud incident reports and perform related analyses.
- Collaborate with clients to collect and document information for dispute resolution.
- Ensure all chargeback activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Compile data from various databases to generate the monthly chargeback report.
- Validate chargeback reports using internal and external software systems.
- Provide support for special projects as required.
- Ensure adherence to quality parameters.
- Analyze client feedback and develop service improvement strategies.
- Monitor complaints and ensure effective, timely resolutions.
