Job Description
The AR Caller role is part of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending or denied claims. The role involves analyzing claim details, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution to secure payments.
Candidates are expected to maintain accurate documentation of interactions and update the system with relevant information. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment. Flexibility to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim follow-ups
