Genpact Walk-in drive for Customer service: Voice roles|| Hyderabad location on 15th November 2025


**Candidate should be able to speak/read/understand English and Hindi OR Tamil OR Marathi

  • Walk-in Timings: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Venue: Genpact, Plot No. 14/45, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad 500079
  • Graduation: Any grad except law/diploma is eligible
  • Experience: 0 to 3 yrs (previous exp. in voice roles)
  • Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
  • Languages known: English + Hindi OR Marathi OR Tamil
  • Shifts: Flexible with any shift
  • Mandatory documents to carry: 2 Passport size photographs (One photograph to be pasted on resume), 2 copy of resume, Original Aadhar card


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
  • Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
  • Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate (Any Discipline except Law/diploma)
  • Freshers are eligible (Undergraduates/pursuing/result awaited candidates are not eligible)
  • Candidates upto 3-year experience in voice process are eligible
