Genpact Walk-in drive for Customer service Voice roles|| Hyderabad location on 16th December 2025

**Candidate should be able to speak/read/understand English and Hindi language.

  • Walk-in Timings: 11 AM – 1 PM
  • Venue: Genpact, Plot No. 14/45, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad 500079
  • Graduation: Any grad except law is eligible
  • Experience: 0-3 yrs
  • Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
  • Languages known: English + Hindi
  • Shifts: Flexible with any shift
  • Mandatory documents to carry: 2 Passport size photographs (One photograph to be pasted on resume), 2 copy of resume, Original Aadhar card


Role & Responsibilities:

Voice support (0-3 yrs, previous exp. in voice)(Any graduate is eligible except law/diploma)

  • Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
  • Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
  • Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.


Preferred pre-requisites:

  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Analytical skills with customer centric approach
  • Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
  • You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
