**Candidate should be able to speak/read/understand English and Hindi OR Tamil OR Marathi
- Walk-in Timings: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Venue: Genpact, Plot No. 14/45, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad 500079
- Graduation: Any grad except law/diploma is eligible
- Experience: 0 to 3 yrs (previous exp. in voice roles)
- Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
- Languages known: English + Hindi OR Marathi OR Tamil
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
- Mandatory documents to carry: 2 Passport size photographs (One photograph to be pasted on resume), 2 copy of resume, Original Aadhar card
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
