Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails for technical assistance.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Execute basic SQL queries for data lookup and validation.
- Log tickets accurately and escalate unresolved issues to the L2 team.
- Follow scripts and SOPs to resolve repetitive issues efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any graduate
- Language: Fluency in English with Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam, or Sinhala (any one)
- Freshers and candidates with prior L1/L2 technical support experience preferred
