Position: Technical Support Executive (L1 / L2)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced (02 years)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails for technical assistance.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Execute basic SQL queries for data lookup and validation.
  • Log tickets accurately and escalate unresolved issues to the L2 team.
  • Follow scripts and SOPs to resolve repetitive issues efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any graduate
  • Language: Fluency in English with Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam, or Sinhala (any one)
  • Freshers and candidates with prior L1/L2 technical support experience preferred
