Job Description
iMarque Solutions is hiring experienced Process Trainers to handle end-to-end training operations for voice-based BPO processes. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new employees, improving their communication and process knowledge, and ensuring they meet performance benchmarks before transitioning into production.
The role also involves conducting refresher training sessions, identifying performance gaps, and providing continuous coaching to improve quality metrics such as customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time. Trainers will also be responsible for maintaining training documentation, updating training content, and supporting nesting batches with real-time feedback.
This position requires strong presentation skills, deep understanding of BPO operations, and the ability to manage classroom environments effectively.
