Job Description

The Tamil Voice Process Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions related to products and services. The role requires effective communication in Tamil and the ability to address customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

Selected candidates will work from the office and operate in a day shift environment. The position involves managing customer calls, resolving grievances, and providing accurate information based on company processes and product knowledge.
