Job Description:
Provide technical support for desktops, networks, and mobile devices. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and data/voice network issues.
Responsibilities:
- Install and support computers, servers, projectors, and software
- Troubleshoot desktop, network, data, and voice issue
- Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN networks
- Assist users with Windows and Linux systems
- Document issues and follow IT support processes
Skills:
- Computer hardware & OS basics
- Networking fundamentals
- Windows & Linux knowledge
- Desktop and network troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in IT or related field
- 01 year IT support experience
- IT certifications are a plus
