The Corporate Services team is a collaborative group of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality support across facilities, workplace experience, and operational services in India. Within this team, the Corporate Properties function plays a key role in managing office environments, ensuring safety, sustainability, and efficiency. We work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain seamless operations and compliance across locations. Together, we drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience and align with organizational goals
Your Role:
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Assist in managing day-to-day workplace operations across corporate properties.
- Overseeing facility management functions including maintenance, safety, security, and sustainability practices.
- Managing vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
- Support team in developing and monitoring budgets for facilities operations, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.
- Driving space planning and workplace optimization initiatives aligned with business needs and employee experience.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and corporate policies.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in facilities operations and implementing best practices.
The Experience You Bring:
- Good Communication & Teamwork Skills.
- Basic Understanding of facilities operations. (Training will be provided)
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Academics:
