Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for personal loan EMI reminders and clearance.
- Follow up with customers on pending EMIs, overdue payments, and settlements.
- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, penalties, and payment modes clearly.
- Build rapport with customers and negotiate for timely EMI payments.
- Update customer interactions and payment status accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment confirmation and resolution.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and collection targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Fresher plus Prior experience in personal loan, credit card, or loan recovery telecalling.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work in day shifts / rotational shifts (as applicable).
