We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Senior Representative – Fresher to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India.
Position Overview:
As a Helpdesk Senior Representative, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for a range of IT-related issues. The role involves providing assistance with Windows and Mac troubleshooting, device setups, network issues, and other technical problems to ensure smooth operations for our internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10, Win 8, and Mac operating systems (e.g., No Boot, No Internet, optimization).
- Handle MDM (Mobile Device Management), Autopilot Devices Setup, SCCM, and Amazon Workspaces.
- Provide support for Citrix, Active Directory (basic troubleshooting), Outlook, printer troubleshooting, and external monitor & docking station setups.
- Resolve issues related to network drives and assist in system optimization.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of online system problems.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and work from office. Rewards and Recognition
- Education: Graduate with relevant experience or knowledge in a technical support role.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows 10, Win 8, PC hardware, networking, messaging, MS Office, and COTS applications.
- Familiarity with Outlook troubleshooting and Active Directory.
- Experience with Amazon Workspaces, Citrix, and SCCM is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with excellent customer handling skills.
