Job Description
The Executive Accounts role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, ledger maintenance, invoice preparation, bank reconciliation, GST compliance, and supporting monthly closing and reporting. The position requires attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage finance-related operations efficiently. Immediate joining candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries and ledgers
- Prepare, verify, and manage invoices and vouchers
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Support GST and statutory compliance tasks
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Required Skills
