Job Description:
- Ensure 100% uptime of all existing tools and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Create process documentation and keystroke-level process flows independently.
- Collaborate with clients via calibration and quality calls, providing process updates.
- Recommend transformations and enhancements in existing processes.
- Work with SMEs and Project Managers to resolve critical situations and ensure smooth recovery.
- Identify new opportunities within the current project and support the lead generation process.
- Assist in change management implementation alongside SMEs and PMs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate (10th + 12th + Degree)
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers welcome)
- Skills:
- Typing speed: Minimum 35 words per minute.
- Good communication skills.
- Location: Preferred candidates from Chennai.
- Provisional Certificate: Mandatory for the interview process.
- Chennai Candidates preferred.
