Job Description:

  • Ensure 100% uptime of all existing tools and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Create process documentation and keystroke-level process flows independently.
  • Collaborate with clients via calibration and quality calls, providing process updates.
  • Recommend transformations and enhancements in existing processes.
  • Work with SMEs and Project Managers to resolve critical situations and ensure smooth recovery.
  • Identify new opportunities within the current project and support the lead generation process.
  • Assist in change management implementation alongside SMEs and PMs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate (10th + 12th + Degree)
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers welcome)
  • Skills:
    • Typing speed: Minimum 35 words per minute.
    • Good communication skills.
  • Location: Preferred candidates from Chennai.
  • Provisional Certificate: Mandatory for the interview process.
  • Chennai Candidates preferred.
