Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Operations Monitoring

Assist in monitoring warehouse processes such as inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, and outbound activities.
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other analytical tools to track key performance metrics and ensure operational efficiency.
Actively support daily operations and identify areas for improvement to minimize delays and inefficiencies.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Analyze large volumes of operational data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present detailed reports on KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting mechanisms and enhance data visibility.

Issue Resolution & Process Optimization

Assist in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, escalating critical issues when necessary.
Participate in process optimization initiatives, leveraging data insights to recommend improvements in productivity and quality.
Contribute to ongoing Lean and Six Sigma projects to drive cost reduction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any stream) from a recognized institution.

Skills and Attributes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural inclination for data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Passion for technology-driven solutions in supply chain and warehouse operations.

Preferred Experience

Internship or project experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or data analytics will be an added advantage.
