Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate telephone calls to US insurance companies requesting status of claims on patients accounts and take appropriate actions.
• Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
• Ensure each patients medical information is accurate and up-to date.
• Maintain Excel and Reports as per the company’s regulation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification : B.Pharma in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization M.Pharma in Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc (Science) in Biotechnology, Anthropology, Bio-Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Botany, Nursing, Physics, Zoology, Veterinary Science

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Comply with all legal requirements regarding coding procedures and practices.
• Assign and sequence all codes for services rendered.
• Collaborate with billing department to ensure all bills are satisfied with a timely manner.
• Communicate with insurance companies about coding errors and disputes.
• Maintain Excel and Reports as per the company’s regulation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have decent communication, written and interactive skills.
• Should be qualified in Life Science and Paramedical science as such (Nursing/ Bio-
  Technology/Microbiology/Bio-Chemistry/Zoology/B Pharm/M
  Pharm/Physiotherapy/Physician Assistant/Radiology/Nutrition and Dietetics) Certified
  medical coder is a plus.
• Knowledge and ability to use computer systems.
