Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Executive at DrinkPrime, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service. In this fun and fast-paced environment, you will interact with customers through calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide assistance and advice to customers, adhering to DrinkPrime’s protocols and services.
- Communicate courteously with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers.
- Collaborate with various teams (Sales, Operations, Delivery, Finance, etc.) for effective and quick issue resolution.
- Identify ways to measure customer satisfaction and continuously work towards improving services.
What We Need in You:
- Experience working with ticketing tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.
- Proven experience in handling calls and emails with customers.
- Chat experience is a plus (but optional).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sense of customer empathy.
- Creativity and a good sense of humor will be an added advantage.
