  • Abstracting the Key information from the Lease Agreements and populating it into the client’s Application Software.
  • Abstracting the critical data from the Multi-lingual Lease Documents and entering into the Lease Abstract Form.
  • Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries.
  • Translating the lease documents from native language to known common language.

Important skills required for the job holder:

  • Very good written English communication,
  • Analytical and logical skills
  • Attention to detail
