Greetings from HCI we are looking for young & Energetic freshers to work in International voice process – Night Shift. (Perungudi – Chennai)
Job Responsibilities:
- Call insurance companies (in the US) to follow up on claims.
- Analyze and understand the denied/rejected claims and take appropriate action.
- Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely follow-up with insurance companies for payment resolution.
- Work on insurance aging reports and take necessary actions.
- Handle billing issues and resolve discrepancies with insurance payers.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of actions taken.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity.
(Training will be given)
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any degree
- Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones).
